The highest mountains (over 1600 meters) include 11 % of the Slovenian surface such as Julians Alps, Karavanke and The Kamnik–Savinja Alps. All these mountain ranges offer more than enough multi-pitch climbing options for those seeking the challenge. Besides this Slovenia is home to more than 92 sports climbing spots offering around 5000 well-equipped routes.
So are you a rock climber or have a wish to try it, Slovenia is the best place for it. As we well know not only the skill but also the best rock climbing equipment set is very important to really enjoy the climb.

What does rock climbing equipment include?
Firstly there a few pice of equipment that you will use putting on yourself for protection and move more comfortably.
HELMET, while you are in the rock it is important to protect your head from the potential falling rocks.
Safety HARNESS, you will need to tie the climbing rope to.
You will need proper CLIMBING SHOES which will not only protect your feet but will also make your climb easier.
Secondly, there are pieces in the rock climbing equipment set that are crucial to your safety.
Climbing ROPE is the single most important type of equipment. The rope is used to link together like a safety chain and can safe you like in case of fall.
QUICKDRAW is a very useful piece for rock climbers, also called extender is used to connect the rope by leading the climb.
CARABINER is a strong ring that connects climbing ropes with other pieces of protection.
GRI-GRI or a belay device used to control the rope and make sure for the safety of the climber.
Last but not least you will need a climbing partner and you are ready for this adventure.

Prices for rock climbing set:
1 day (up to 24 hours) 35 €/set
+ each additional day 20 €/set
You can return the rock climbing equipment set to our office during opening hours, May-October from 8 am to 8 pm. If you won’t manage to return it during office hours please let us know by e-mail or phone.
*Note that in the summer season it is good to make a pre-booking for the rock climbing set since these are the months with the highest demand.
