Bled cave is located at an altitude of 1008 meters on the mountain plateau Jelovica, so there is some hiking to do. This approximately 300 m long cave is adorned with beautiful stalactite formations. A special feature of this cave is spiral stalactites, so-called helictites, and large calcite crystals, which are rare in Slovenia. Join us on the Bled Caving tour!
Upon booking the tour the guide will contact you with all the information needed for the activity. You will start the tour with hiking steeply uphill. The hike takes around 1 hour, before reaching the entrance of this beautiful Bled cave, located under the peak of Babji zob.
After reaching the entrance under a cliff, you will take a little break for snacks & refreshment. Then you will enter the cave and explore it for more than one hour with a lot of muddy but unforgettable cave impressions. After the caving adventure, you will change your clothes and shoes since they will be very muddy.

⇒ You don’t need any prior experience, but you must be moderately fit, as we are walking steeply uphill.
⇒ The temperature in the cave is refreshing 8°C, so warm clothes and a jacket are necessary.
⇒ In case of rain, the steep slope becomes too slippery, so the caving tour must be postponed or cancelled.
⇒ The activity is not recommended for people with heart issues and pregnant women.
