The only challenge is a short climb towards Pokljuka Gorge, but you can always opt for an e-bike if you’d like extra help. No need to be a pro cyclist — just bring your love of the outdoors and a bit of curiosity.

How often does the tour run and what are the start times?
The tour runs every day, twice a day. You can choose a morning tour at 9:00 or an afternoon tour at 14:00.
Can we request a custom start time?
Yes—custom start times are possible if you opt for a private tour. For regular group tours, you can email us to ask how many other guests are booked. If your group is the only one, we may be able to accommodate you.
How far in advance should I book in high season?
In high season, it is best to book a few days in advance. If you didn’t, don’t worry—booking 1 day in advance is usually still okay.
Can I change the booking date after reserving?

This tour is also a sightseeing tour by bike. There is quite a lot of local storytelling included—it’s not just riding.
What bikes do you use and can I upgrade?
We use high-quality, well-maintained Haibike bikes. If you want, you can upgrade to Scott Premium bikes for an additional fee.
Can I upgrade to an e-bike and can the group mix e-bikes and regular bikes?
Yes. You can choose an e-bike upgrade (Haibike e-bikes). Groups can mix e-bikes and regular bikes. On uphill sections, e-bike riders may occasionally wait briefly for the rest of the group.
Do you have bike sizes for small and tall riders and for children?
Yes. We have a full range of bike sizes, including children’s bikes and extra-large bikes.
Do you offer child seats or child backpacks?
Yes. If you are traveling with a kid, you can opt for a child seat or child backpack.
Are cycling gloves available and do you provide rain jackets?
Cycling gloves are available. We do not provide rain ponchos or rain jackets—please bring your own.
Do you provide a phone mount or map holder? Is there a basket?
A phone mount or map holder is available for an additional fee. There are no baskets on the bikes, but you can rent a small backpack to carry your belongings.
I’m not confident on gravel—should I worry?
The gravel on this route is easy to ride and most guests are comfortable. If you are unsure, let us know in advance and we can advise you.
I have knee or back issues—can the tour be adapted?
Please let us know in advance and we will see how we can adapt the tour for you.
Can the route be adjusted and can I skip the Osojnica viewpoint walk?
Small route adjustments are possible, but the whole group needs to agree. If you want full flexibility, we recommend a private tour. Yes, you can skip Osojnica if you do not want to walk up to the viewpoint.
Does the tour include Bled Castle and is the entrance ticket included?
There is time for an optional inside visit, but the Bled Castle entrance ticket is not included in the tour price. The tour will not be extended for a longer castle visit.
Is Pokljuška soteska (Pokljuka Gorge) always included?
Yes. Pokljuška soteska (Pokljuka Gorge) is always included.
How many stops will we make and is there a café stop?
We make plenty of sightseeing and photo stops, but not so many that it becomes annoying. Yes, a short café stop is included at the end of the tour.
How much water should I bring?
Bring enough water for the tour. Because the tour is short, 1 liter is usually enough, and 2 liters is ideal.
What if I get tired during the ride?
No problem—we will slow the pace. If you really cannot continue, we can arrange an e-bike upgrade (extra charge) or you can wait for the group at a suitable point and rejoin later.
What happens if there is a mechanical issue like a flat tire?
We take full responsibility. The guide will contact our office and someone will bring a replacement bike by van in about 15–20 minutes.
Is there a support vehicle or pickup option?
The tour is short, so there is no support vehicle by default. If a pickup is needed, we can organize it through our office for a small additional fee.
Can I do this self-guided instead of a tour?
Yes. If you want to do it self-guided, we also offer bike rentals and we can explain where to go and how to organize your ride.
Do you provide photos from the tour? Are tips expected?
We do not provide photos from the tour—guests usually take their own. Tips are optional and always appreciated, but not expected.
