What to expect of rock climbing 10 routes tour?
From Bled, you will go on a 10-minute ride in the direction of Lake Bohinj. The guide will park in the centre of Bohinjska Bela village. From here, you will take a short hike towards the Iglica natural climbing area. The guide will prepare all the rock climbing gear and fasten ropes in the favoured direction on the wall. In the meantime, you will put on rock climbing shoes, a rock climbing harness and a helmet. Then the guide will do a safety check. You will be able to choose between 40 climbing routes of different difficulty levels, based on your preferences, fitness, and experience.
A unique experience in unspoiled alpine nature
The guide will tie you to a rope and safeguard you from the ground. A guide will teach you a safeguarding technique so that you can also protect one another. You will also learn other climbing techniques to know how to rappel on a rope, find shelves and cracks in the rock wall, tie a knot at the top of the route and how to climb in the lead. On this tour, you will climb to the top of the 25-high natural walls and abseil down ten times, which requires quite a bit of strength. Nonetheless, you can start climbing on easier routes and proceed to more demanding directions. Alternatively, you can climb the dry climbing rock wall ten times on easier routes, or you can challenge yourself and climb more challenging directions ten times. In any case, you will be accompanied by stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the 25-metre-high Iglica Waterfall, which flows into a small artificial lake.
