The beginning of a perfect day starts with observing the colorful changes of the sky when the sun is slowly illuminating Lake Bled and the surrounding mountains. Combined with a traditional Bled Breakfast basket with local products only, there is nothing more rewarding than experiencing early morning magic with endless views. We challenge you to wake up early and witness the freshness and tranquillity of hot summer days.
A local guide will pick you up at our office or your accommodation in Bled in the early morning hours. You will drive together to the starting point, where you will begin a short and easy hike through the forest up to the mountain’s top. At the peak, you will admire the beauty of a rising sun and surrender yourself to the sun’s rays, gently warming your face. The guide will serve you a warm coffee and prepare a traditional Bled Breakfast basket that includes fresh food from carefully selected local farms. After one hour at the peak, you will descend and drive back to Bled. You will come back to your accommodation by 7 or 8 am.
Lake Bled sunrise tour is a truly authentic local experience. Drinking morning tea or coffee on the hidden hill, which only locals know about, is only one part of the experience. While we wait for the first-morning sun rays to come behind the Karavanke mountains, we can absorb the awakening city under the hill. During the sunrise, you can also listen to the local stories and first-hand tips, which our guide will happily share with you.
