You are welcome to visit us in our office in Bled, where you can choose the right size bike and learn about the different cycling trails available in the Lake Bled area. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you!
However, here are a few options for a half-day cycling tour around the area of Lake Bled:
– Southern Villages Trail: Escape the crowds and cycle in an open landscape with breathtaking views of Karavanke mountains, and visit remote villages of Koritno, Bodešče, Ribno, and Selo.
– Western River Trail: Follow our longest river, Sava, to the west, and visit the picturesque village of Bohinjska Bela, surrounded by steep cliffs. You can combine the cycling tour with some climbing in the area. You can also rent climbing gear with us!
– Northern Villages Trail: Cycle up for some panoramic views of Karavanke mountains, through the villages of Zasip, Podhom, Spodnje, and Zgornje Gorje. Here, you can also combine your biking trip with a visit to Vintgar Gorge.
Half day (4 hours): 40 €/bike
Whole day (12 hours): 60 €/bike
Bike rental is available in our Altitude Activities office on Ljubljanska cesta 1, 4260 Bled. Please ensure that the gear is picked up and returned during the office hours that are currently in effect. (Every day from 8 am to 8 pm)
If you don’t manage to return it during office hours, please let us know by phone or e-mail.
*Note that in the summer season, it is good to pre-book an e-bike since these are the months with the highest demand.
