At our office in Bled, you can rent high-quality via ferrata gloves – a must-have accessory for safe and comfortable climbing on protected routes. Whether you’re tackling a beginner-friendly route or heading up Mount Triglav, gloves will protect your hands from sharp rocks and fraying steel cables while improving your grip.
These gloves are one of the most overlooked yet essential items in any climber’s pack, especially for via ferrata routes in the Slovenian Alps, where rocky terrain and metal fixtures are standard.
Hand protection: Via ferrata involves frequent contact with iron cables, which can cause scratches, burns, or bruising on bare hands.
Better grip: Gloves provide extra grip when clipping in, holding onto cables, or navigating steep terrain.
Comfort and control: Thinner gloves give you better finger mobility and comfort while still protecting your skin.
Tip: For summer via ferrata adventures, we recommend lightweight or thin gloves that allow flexibility and breathability.

To accommodate early departures, we offer gear collection the afternoon before your rental date (until 18:00) at no extra charge.
We also rent full via ferrata sets, including a helmet, harness, and lanyard with energy absorber. You can rent all items together or individually, depending on your needs.
Gloves are in high demand during the summer season, so we strongly recommend booking them in advance.
Please return all rental equipment during office hours or contact us if you need to arrange an alternative return time.
All rented gear is regularly inspected and maintained for your safety.
