Amazing canyoning Bled is our most popular canyoning adventure, suitable for all those who want to experience an extra pinch of adrenaline. There are several high jumps, the highest being around 10 m high. However, don’t be afraid. Our guides will lower you down with a rope if you don’t want to jump.
You will meet the guide at our office or at your accommodation in the Bled area. There is around a 20-minute drive to the starting point. At the spot, the guide will give you all the necessary equipment for canyoning. You will change into a wetsuit and put all the safety equipment up. When you are all set, the guide will have a short briefing on safety rules in the canyon.
*Note that driving time depends on the traffic conditions (the summer season is more crowded on the road)
You hike uphill for roughly 10-15 minutes and soon find yourself at the edge of the canyon Grmecica. Now, the fun part begins – take thrilling jumps into the crystal-clear water pools and slide down the natural rock-formated toboggans. End the experience with a peaceful float down the river to bring your adrenaline back to normal.
After approximately 1 hour* in the canyon, you return, change your clothes, and the guide takes you back to Bled.

⇒You don’t need any prior experience, but you must be able to swim.
⇒ A moderate level of fitness is required for the uphill and downhill canyon walk
⇒The canyon has jumps ranging from 4 to 10 meters, but there is an easy alternative if you prefer not to jump.
⇒It may not be possible to jump 10 meters due to low water levels in the canyon.
⇒If you wear glasses or contact lenses, please inform us beforehand.
⇒It’s recommended that you keep valuable items at your accommodation or workplace.
⇒ There are no changing rooms or restrooms at the starting point, so we suggest wearing your swimming suits beforehand
⇒ Please inform the guide if you have any health concerns. ❤️
⇒ In case of high or low water levels, the guide may relocate or cancel the activity for safety reasons
⇒It is not possible to participate in canyoning if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
⇒ Note that this is a group activity with participants of all ages (adults and children). The pace will be adjusted to the overall pace of the group, and some participants may require more assistance from the guide than others.
⇒Please be aware that the water in the canyon is quite cold, ranging from 8 to 10 degrees Celsius. However, we provide wetsuits that are 7 mm thick to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the activity
⇒The tour operates in most weather conditions. Except in the case of thunderstorms, it might be postponed or canceled.
⇒ Canyoning is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or children under 8 years of age (or under 135 cm in height).
⇒ Free pick-ups in the range 5 km from our office are possible. If you meet us in Bled, please note that we do not have our own parking spots
⇒ If the water level in Grmecica Canyon becomes too high, we may have to switch to Jereka Canyon. Jereka Canyon offers smaller jumps, more slides, and additional rappelling opportunities.
⇒ After we finish the walking part and enter the canyon, there is no way to exit and take the path instead. You can take into account the option before the first rappel, but please note that in this case the refunds for activity are not possible.
⇒Please make sure you have some dry clothes you can change into after leaving the canyon. We will be transporting you back in the van and you are not allowed to be in the van with wet clothes.
Is canyoning suitable for children?
Amazing canyoning Bled is suitable for children because it is not technically demanding. The minimum height is 135 cm.
Do I need to know how to swim to do canyoning?
It is recommendable to know how to swim in the canyon. However, if you don’t know how to swim, please note the guide before the tour.
How long does the Amazing canyoning tour lasts?
The canyoning tour with transport lasts approximately 3 hours. Of course, the time depends on the traffic conditions and the group.
Do I need to do the jumps in the canyon?
Most of the jumps in the canyon are doable with rappeling, so if you don’t want to jump, the guide can lover you down with the rope.
If I’m afraid of heights is canyoning suitable for me?
The high jumps are doable with rappeling, so in case you are afraid of heights, this is an option.
