River tubing Sava is suitable for everyone who would like to explore hidden river banks and experience the power of white waters. Your guide will determine the difficulty of the trip according to your wishes, experience and physical ability.
Since this activity is weather/water level dependent you only need to book a spot on the trip. To book this activity you only pay a deposit of 12,5€ per person. The rest is paid on spot to the guides.

The meeting point is in front of our office in Bled, from where you will take a ride towards a drop-in point in Camp Šobec. At a drop-in point, you will get all the necessary equipment, including a rubber tube. You will put on a neoprene suit, water shoes, helmet, and life jacket. Before you head out into the water, a guide will introduce you to the river tubing Sava River program and explain safety instructions.
On a donut-shaped rubber tube for one person, you will glide down the calm river section with smaller rapids. The water movement will carry you 5 kilometers down the riverbed. If you would like to direct a journey, you can paddle with your hands and feet. Throughout the journey you will be accompanied by an experienced guide on a kayak, who will give you instructions and take care of your safety. You will get wet during free-floating tubing, but you can also take a dive in the river pool, or stop and take a break at the riverside if necessary. After an hour on the river, you will reach an exit point and pull the tubes to the riverside. You will change into dry clothes and drive back to Bled with your guide.
River tubing Sava River is available from April to October. Activity on the river depends on water levels and weather conditions, such as heavy rain or low temperatures. We carry out the tour every day of the week, depending on bookings and inquiries. You can choose between the morning available term with a start at 11:00 from Bled and the afternoon term starting at 14:00 from Bled. The tour is not demanding as it rates at level 2 out of 5 on the difficulty scale. You don’t need prior experience, only basic swimming skills. The activity is suitable for adults and children, who know how to swim.
