Hiking in seven Triglav Lakes valley

The Seven Triglav Lakes valley is an outstanding, beautiful and remote high-mountain valley in the heart of the Julian Alps. It’s characterised by many smaller lakes surrounded by an otherworldly mountain landscape. No wonder it lies in the core part of Triglav National Park. Actually, the park history started there. The seven Triglav Lakes valley was so pristine and wild that they decided it needed to be kept that way, so it became protected back in 1926.
