Bled camping in Slovenia offers comfortable and modern campsites, which are like some kind of outdoor hotels, since they offer a great deal of luxury. In addition, they offer a stay in a beautiful nature in the heart of the Alps, where you will find your peace. Here, the time will finally stop when you can only sit and observe the wonderful nature around you.
Camping Bled offer includes two different camps. One is located right next to Lake Bled, while the other is only a few kilometers away from the lake, surrounded by the beautiful Sava River. To help you decide which camp to choose, we have prepared an inclusive description.
Camping Sobec
A five-star camp Sobec is the perfect choice for couples, families with children and the elderly. Here, the camping Bled experience is special because of camp`s location, as it is surrounded on one side by a smaller lake, and on the other side there is an emerald and crystal-clear Sava Dolinka River, where a natural bathing site is arranged in the summer. From here you will have wonderful views of the Julian Alps and Karavanke. You can visit the campsite during opening time between 6 April and 6 October.
Location
The camp is located near the town of Lesce, 3 kilometers from the highway between Jesenice and Ljubljana. From Bled, however, the camp is only 3 kilometers away, so you can reach the city by bike.
Pitch features
Camp Sobec offer accommodation on six different pitches, which vary in location, size and hookups, such as water, electricity and gray water disposal. You can also set up tents in unmarked areas. Camp can accommodate up to 3000 guests at a time.
The best campsite for a tent, motorhome or caravan is along the Sava River, where you will enjoy the sounds of bubbling water.
Camp facilities
Bled camping Sobec has several playgrounds, equipped with modern playthings, where they also offer animation programs for children. By the lake and by the river there is a natural bathing area with water parks and water playgrounds.
The campsite also has a well-stocked shop with fresh products where you will find everything you need for your stay. The renovated restaurant with bar offers traditional Upper Carniola dishes.

Bled camping prices
Bled camping tent price and price for caravans and campers at the peak of the summer season is between 14,60 Eur and 17,50 Eur. In spring and autumn, the prices per person per night range from 11.50 Eur to 12.50 Eur. 10 percent discount applies for younger children, cyclists, hikers and groups of more than 30 people.
The total price consists of the price per person per day and additional price for the type of the pitch. Camping Bled booking for specific pitch costs 20 Eur, where only the Standard plots with 200 unmarked pitches cannot be booked. Prices are about 3 euros higher if you rent a pitch directly by the river or by the lake.
Sava camping Bled
Sava camp is a five-star eco-camp of the highest category and is considered as one of the best camps in Slovenia. Camping in Bled is suitable for families with children and pets, who are always welcome. The camp is open from the beginning of April to the middle of October. Currently there is no organized accommodation for FKK stay.
Location
The Sava camp is situated on a green valley, on the west side of Lake Bled, only 150 meters away. That is why it offers wonderful views of the lake with its island. The campsite is only 2 kilometers away from the city, so you can also take a walk to the city center or ride a bicycle.
Pitch features
Sava camping in Bled offers 280 campsites with electricity. The campsite features plots ranging from 70 to 100 m2, where all pitches are numbered.
In the upper part of the camp, guests can use premium pitches in the size of 120 m2. These are equipped with electricity, water and sewage, and in some places, they added a covered roof terrace with a hot tub and loungers. Guests with campers and caravans can stay in the first part of the camp, which is arranged in combination with sand and grassy marked areas.
Camp facilities
The comfort offered by Bled camping in Slovenia increases with additional facilities within the campsite, such as a well-stocked supermarket that is open every day of the week. In the morning you can go to a nearby bakery shop, where you can buy fresh pastries and bread. In the camp, there is also a children’s playground, which offers a daily children’s animation in the summer months.
Sport facilities
The Sava camp has received a certificate of cycling-friendly destination. Are you up for a Bled roundabout biking trip? The camp also offers basketball courts, badminton and beach volleyball.

Bled camping prices
Price for an accommodation per person per night in the summer is 16.10 Eur. This is also a Bled camping tent price. The same price applies to guests with campers and caravans. Price for an overnight stay in spring and autumn is from 10.70 Eur to 11.80 Eur.
Children up to the age of 5 have a free stay. There are discounts for children from 6 to 13 years old, for seniors, and for hikers and cyclists.
ECO River Camp near Lake Bled
ECO River Camp is a small, intimate campsite, distant from the city buzz but still within 10 minutes’ drive from lake Bled. This place is an ideal place to stay for families with young children who can discover nature and fully enjoy their freedom, while it can easily be found as the perfect stay for a romantic getaway or a great base for solo travellers and explorers.
Location
ECO River Camp is located directly on the banks of the gorgeous Sava river. Its convenient location is offering a remote camping spot with tranquillity and distance while remaining super close to Lake Bled and other important destinations in the region.
Pitch features
ECO River Camp offers tent pitches directly on the river side while the pitches for campervans are located a bit higher on the meadow, marked with numbers, and still offering a lovely river view. Following the principles of ECO and green tourism the camp can only accommodate up to 120 people exclusively.
Camp facilities
One of the trendiest things at the camp is the bar by the river. It used to be an old, outdated caravan, but now it’s a retro, vintage bar serving coffee and baked delights in the morning, and serving refreshing beverages and snacks by the bonfire in the evening. There is a local shop with some basic products and ingredients within walking distance of the campground (500m). The place even has a natural spring of water and an outdoor shared kitchen / dining room, where everybody can prepare themselves delicious meals in the midst of the forest.
Sport facilities
Various activities can be booked at the reception for spending active and quality time while visiting Slovenia. In the kitchen there is a lot of board games, plays for children and books you can trade and a volleyball / badminton court, with all the necessary equipment and utilities.

The best thing ever. I took my old boss to experience Slovenia in one day. And boy I am happy I chose Altitude Activities to do so. Our tour guide Jerry was awesome, funny and you could just see he knows what he is doing. We went to the canyon of Jermanka and even though there is a drop almost 45m high we felt extremely safe.
